Description of Activity

Five Advantages of CEHRA

(1) CEHRA greatly shows the brand covering power
CEHRA ranks the first in the size of the similar activities of China HR area. In each year the activities cover over 30,000 big and middle-sized enterprises, and over 1000 enterprises and 200 colleges participate in the activities; the activities can have influences on nearly 40,000 HR-related persons, the number of supporting medias is nearly 100, and the prize recognition degree is nearly 80%. The CEHRA mail picture album, corpus, and brilliance review picture album will be delivered to the first in command, HR manager and HR Dept. and relevant organs of the key subordinate companies of 158 Central enterprises through the governmental channels of the Development Research Center of the State Council and SASAC etc. at the same time, they will be delivered to general managers and HR principals of over 1000 attendant enterprises the experts and scholars majoring in HR of national colleges and famous institutes of commerce, which are accumulated historically from every session’s activities. And the committee also will send 3000 pieces of data to those domestic enterprises among the top 500 in the world and to those famous domestic and foreign enterprises. CEHRA’s several indexes rank the first in the same-type activities. The enthusiasm of the enterprise and the encouragement by the experts and leaders are the base and guarantee for the continuous development of CEHRA.
(2) The government gives the highest concern
CEHRA is an exclusive HR area prize with the strong government background. The activities are greatly supported and emphasized by the associated state ministry and commissions. The Development Research Center under the State Council, NDRC, Ministry of Personnel, SASAC etc and their related organs and enterprises participate in them, and over 30 important leaders from relevant ministries and commissions attended the awarding ceremony and summit. Therefore CEHRA is the higher activity in HR circle with the best governmental concern and support at present.
(3) Higher media covering rate
The adequate and effective medias enable CEHRA to seize the critical opportunity in HR circle, lots of medias drive themselves into the positive advertisement of the activities. Lots of domestic mainstream medias have done deep report for it. CCTV had give live shooting in 2 sessions in succession and broadcasted them in CCTV-2 economic channel; Sina also gave full-course graphics context live broadcasting for the last 2 sessions; Xinhua Press had released news wire copies for the activities for many times, and nearly one hundred presses reprinted them. At present, there are dozens of HR special medias cooperating with CEHRA. The multi-dimensional media propaganda further establishes the advantage of CEHRA in the broadcasting within the industry.

Most of the CEHRA’s attendants are the senior staff of enterprises, who received the education of university and above and are the outstanding persons in society, and who master the decision-making power and the power of discourse with the characters of higher education, income and post etc.
